			Bulgur is a cereal grain made from durum wheat. Whole grain bulgur can be soaked in order to moisten the small, dried granules; use a classic ratio of 2:1. Firm in texture and nutty in flavor (similar to couscous), cooked bulgur can be used in both savory and sweet recipes.
